Our Founders
Pankaj Sharma
FounderPankaj Sharma is a serial entrepreneur having rich sales experience of over 25 years in Direct selling of products ranging from Electrical, Credit Card, Car Loan and Real Estate.
He started his own venture, at the age of 25 years, of supplying electrical goods in Delhi region for before venturing into operating his DSA for credit cards and car loans for Standard Charted Bank and later Citi Bank and successfully ran it for 7 years.
He then setup his Real Estate Marketing Company “Prime Properties” and made it one of the most successful marketing companies and sold many township projects in Navi Mumbai and Jaipur region. He then set up his own Company “Metromax” along with three other people and delivered a township project spread across 150 acres on Jaipur Ajmer Expressway.
He then along with Anurag Upadhyaya and few others set up Ace Group to deliver Residential Plot Projects in Jaipur Distt. along Jaipur Ajmer Expressway.
Anurag Upadhyaya
FounderAnurag Upadhyaya is a serial entrepreneur and is a Co-Founder of ACE Group which is into real estate and builds second homes in Goa and does townships projects in Jaipur. Ace Group also has its presence in hospitality and operates an All Suite Hotel in Anjuna, Goa by the name “The Belmonte Suites by Ace”
He has an overall experience of 23 years in Contact Center Management, Customer Service and Real Estate. He is a pioneer of Customer Life Cycle Management and has managed very large scale BPO operations in Sales, Customer Service & HR Service domains. He has in-depth exposure of Telecom, BFSI, Insurance & Real Estate Verticals.
He was part of Leadership Team in Orion Dialogue, the largest domestic call center of its time and Aegis Global, call center that was the fastest growing call center in the world.
He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University.
